William directs all phases of acquisition, development, management, and day-to-day firm operations for Pine Grove. Throughout his career, he has been directly responsible for $1.2 billion of new investment and development.

Prior to starting Pine Grove, William served as a Managing Director for Stream Realty Partners, L.P. where he was responsible for initiating and leading all development activities in the Atlanta office, including multifamily, office, and industrial projects. Before Stream, William was trained at Spectrum Properties in Nashville, where he oversaw development efforts for large-scale mixed-use commercial projects including Fifth + Broad and Franklin Park. He has worked extensively in partnership with institutional clients such as J.P. Morgan, CIM Group, Brookfield Properties, and CA Ventures.

A native Atlantan, William earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Masters in Real Estate Development from Vanderbilt University.
